Swapping a 1.9L TDI PD engine into your 2001+ TJ or LJ? This COTY Built Fuel Kit takes the guesswork out of upgrading your fuel system to support the higher-pressure demands of a PD injection setup.

Designed to integrate cleanly with your Jeep’s existing fuel tank and electrical system, this kit delivers everything you need for proper fuel delivery and sender communication—no need to cobble together parts or figure it out on your own.

  Note: Newer LJ models require slight modification to fit the OEM fuel sender.

  Newer LJ models will require a different adapter ring—contact us if unsure.

• Tank Seal + Locking Ring
  Locking ring is only used on newer LJ models.

• VW Fuel Pump Connector
  Comes pre-wired with 4 leads: power, ground, and dual fuel sender signals.

• Quick Disconnect Fittings (2 male, 2 female)
  

• 5 Feet of 5/16” Fuel Line
